Dukan Diet Recipe: Tuna Egg Salad

prep time: 3 mins
cooking time: 2 mins
serves: 2



what you need
1 sweet pepper whatever color you have/prefer cut into pieces or stripes
1 clove garlic crushed or finely chopped
1 hard boiled egg, cut into pieces
1 can of tuna
5 tbsp skim yogurt*
pepper or fresh herbs
optional: 1 tsp mustard** 

* I find canned tuna/salmon fairly try if served without oily dressing, that's why I put a lot of yogurt in to give it a more moist, juicy texture. If you don't mind you can add less.
** I didn't use for mine

what you do
- put sweet pepper, egg and garlic in a bowl
- add tuna, discard the water
- add skim yogurt, if you want mustard, then add also in and mix everything well
- add pepper or/and other seasonings and herbs to taste
